At DesiWoods (DS Exports), every furniture piece is crafted with care using solid wood and premium materials. Since most of our products are custom-made, we follow a structured production and delivery process to ensure quality and safe transit.

Please read our Shipping Policy below.


1. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver across India and offer FREE shipping on all orders, with no hidden delivery charges.


2. Order Processing & Manufacturing Time

All furniture products are made to order.

Once your order is confirmed:

  • Manufacturing time is approximately 3–4 weeks

  • After dispatch, delivery usually takes 7–10 days, depending on your location and logistics availability

These timelines are estimates and may vary due to production schedules, weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.


3. Dispatch & Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive shipment details via email or WhatsApp.

Delivery is handled through trusted third-party logistics partners.


4. Free Delivery & Assembly

We provide:

✅ Free doorstep delivery across India
✅ Complimentary assembly service in most serviceable locations

Assembly service depends on local technician availability. In remote areas, we may provide self-assembly guidance if on-site support is not available.


5. Delivery Requirements

To ensure smooth delivery, customers must:

  • Provide accurate delivery address and contact details

  • Be available at the delivery location during scheduled delivery time

  • Arrange access for large furniture items (lift access, stair clearance, gate entry, etc.)

Any re-delivery due to incorrect address or customer unavailability may attract additional charges.


6. Mandatory Unboxing Video

Customers must record a clear unboxing video at the time of delivery.

The video should show:

  • Sealed package opening

  • Product condition

  • Any visible damage or missing items

This unboxing video is mandatory proof for any claims related to damage or missing products.

Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.


7. Damage or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged product or notice missing parts:

  • Inform us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share the unboxing video along with photos/videos at info@desiwoods.com

Claims raised after 48 hours will not be considered.


8. Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet estimated timelines, delivery delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Transport issues

  • Remote location access

  • External logistics constraints

DesiWoods is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.


9. Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unreachable customer, or refusal to accept delivery, additional shipping or re-delivery charges may apply.
